Research interests

My developing interests lie in academic urology, surgical outcomes and quantitative clinical research. I am particularly interested in urological oncology, especially prostate and renal cancer; robotic and minimally invasive surgery; and the evaluation of perioperative, functional and patient-reported outcomes. My quantitative background also informs an interest in using real-world clinical data, prediction modelling and health-services research to study treatment selection, variation in care and patient recovery. I am most interested in methods that begin with a clear clinical question, reflect how the data were generated and communicate uncertainty honestly.
